Artist - Gallery Contract

I've had artists ask me from time to time about artist/gallery contracts. I've decided to post the one that I've come up with. It has evolved over the years and it may not be right for everyone. Only a few items are non-negotiable for me.

And I'm not a lawyer so take this for what it's worth.
